Privacy Policy

Overview

BEAUDIA ("we", "us", "our") operates the ELIUS platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have with respect to your data. We take your privacy seriously and handle your information with care.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, full birth name, and date of birth. These are required to compute your numerological profile and generate personalised guidance.

Location Data

We collect your approximate home location (latitude and longitude) to provide environmental data including local temperature, UV index, and Gaia resonance. This is provided voluntarily during onboarding. We do not track your real-time location.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status to manage your account.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including session activity, feature interactions, and reading history. This data is used to improve the Service and personalise your experience. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

·To compute your numerological profile and generate personalised daily guidance.
·To deliver environmental modifiers (temperature, UV, lunar phase) relevant to your location.
·To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe.
·To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
·To improve and develop the Service based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your birth name, birth date, or location data for advertising or data brokerage purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with row-level security controls. Access to your personal profile data is restricted to your authenticated session only. Administrative access is controlled by role-based permissions.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your ELIUS account.

4. Third-Party Services

ELIUS uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

·Supabase — database and authentication.
·Stripe — payment processing.
·Anthropic / OpenAI — AI voice guide generation (text sent to generate spoken audio; no personal identifiers are included in API requests).
·Open-Meteo — environmental weather data based on your registered location.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@elius.ca. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

ELIUS uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session and store your daily guide progress (e.g., whether you have completed your morning session today). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of ELIUS after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
