How the Sandbox Works

Biometric BaselineNon-invasive wearables (Oura/Whoop) track Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and resting cardiovascular rhythm throughout the pilot.
Daily PracticeUnder 10 minutes per day: resonance breathing (paced at ~5–6 breaths/min, a well-studied HRV biofeedback technique) plus a short guided visual-focus exercise, both aimed at shifting operators out of fight-or-flight dominance.

Data Architecture & Privacy

Aggregated OnlyAll biometric and performance data is pooled and anonymized before analysis.
