ELIUS is a personal intelligence and alignment platform that provides numerological insights, daily guidance, and frequency analysis. ELIUS is for entertainment and personal growth purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Promotional periods (such as free trials) convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
All content, algorithms, designs, and branding within ELIUS are the exclusive property of BEAUDIA INC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You may not use ELIUS to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAUDIA INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ELIUS.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ELIUS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
